An ideal place for social interaction, the Bhawan Cyber Cafe is very useful in increasing the knowledge base of the Bhawan inmates. It has 18 computers. It holds the DCEP and Wi-fi server of the Bhawan, to provide the inmates with 24X7 connectivity with the outside world.

And for all those restless Counterstrikers, BCC is the venue of frequent intra-bhawan gaming competitions. The BCC is managed by the Web council.
